It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Nellie Louise Theriault of Weymouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away at the age of 93, on September 13, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Nesbit and Flossie Nesbit (Brown); her husband Franklin; her siblings, Violet, Ernestine, Dorothy, Mildred, Kathleen, Victor, Jack, Charlie, Kenneth, Stanley and Theodore; her stepson Roger Theriault (Lynn) of Hamilton, ON; and her stepgrandson Dana.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Linda Halliday (Gary), Lansdowne and JoAnn Johnstone (Kenneth) of Medicine Hat, AB. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ashmore Baptist Church (5797 NS-101, Ashmore, NS B0W3T0). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (242 Fort Point Rd, Weymouth, NS B0W3T0).
