She was predeceased by : her parents, Malcolm MacKinnon and Eva MacKinnon of Ashfield, NS.; her sisters, Jenny, Freda and Hughena; her nephew Keith; her niece Lynn; and her brother-in-law Doug.

She is survived by : her brother Donald (Anne); her nieces and nephews, Rhonda, Jody, Christa, Juanita, Aaron, Shamus, Nevin and D'arcy; and her brother-in-law Dennis.

Memorial donations in memory of Elaine may be made to Stewartdale Cemetery.
