She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Matthews and Juanita Matthews (Austen); her significant other Gary Nicholson; her grandparents, Fred, Edith Austen, Russel and Maude Matthews; and her aunts and uncles, Brent Austen, Billy Matthews (Mae), John Matthews, Gerry MacFadyen (Arthur), Flo Ellis and Tena Waters (Albert).
She is survived by: her friends, Sharon and Leah; her daughter Tracy Lynn Davison (Nick); her brother Fred Matthews (Carmen DeGruchy); her aunts and uncles, Gerald Matthews (Eileen), Calvin Matthews (Glenda), Beckie Austen (late Brent) and Sadie Matthews (late John); and her friend Holly. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Stewartdale Cemetery or a charity of choice.
