He was predeceased by: his brother Arthur Ehler; his father-in-law Robert MacLeod; and his cousin Owen Dermody. He is survived by: his parents, Denton Ehler and Christine Ehler; his wife Beverly; his daughters, Candice Rayann (Hunter) and Mya Faith; his brother Denton Ehler (Janet); his mother-in-law Beatrice MacLeod; his sister-in-law Tracy Malcolm (Shawn); and his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Ryan (Danielle), Cassie (Brent), Logan (Mickayla) and Lauchie (Briana).
