It is with sadness that the passing of Sharon Elizabeth Delaney of Whycocomagh, Nova Scotia is shared. Sharon, born in Inverness, Nova Scotia, passed away on August 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Sharon will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Sharon by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Sharon is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Sharon’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Austin and Irene Austin (MacKinnon). She is survived by: her children, Scott (Mary) and Shannon MacDonald (Brian); her great grandchild Marcie Irene; her brother Vernon; her former husband Raymond; and her friends, Diane, Fred and Carmen. She is also survived by five granddaughters.
