He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jan Houweling and Alie Houweling; his wife Anna Ringoir; his children, John (Vivian), Arlene (Norm) and Anne (Ron); his great grandchildren, Brittany, Garrod (Jess), Whitney and Devon; and his grandchildren, Maegan (Joe), Charlie, Alec Nova (Jill), Tyler (Ashley), Ryan (Abby) and Brogan (Sabrina).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the Bridgewater Baptist Church, the South Shore Regional Hospital or the Salvation Army, honouring his enduring commitment to helping others.
