Morton Nathaniel Kelly Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Morton Nathaniel Kelly of Windsor Junction, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Kelly and Vivian Kelly (Kenefick); his former wife Iris Kelly (Payne); his children, John Kelly (Lori) and Ruth Anne Kottwitz (Lutz); and his brothers, Eric C., Everett, Eric N., Allan, Carl and Kenneth.

He is survived by: his wife Madeline MacKay-Kelly (MacKay); his children, Ken Kelly (Sherry), Joanne Kelly-Dwinell (Raymond), Peter Kelly (Diana), Ann Marie Hubley-Scott (Charles), Robert Kelly (Brenda), Andre Kelly (Anita) and Mark Kelly (Tanya); his stepchildren, Tim MacKay (Shelly) and Allana Milburn (Darren); and his siblings, Gordon, Russell, Alice, Patsy, Donald, Marie and Doris. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or Ostomy of Canada Association in honour of Morton's lifelong commitment to helping others.
