He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Seary and Jeanie Seary (Docherty); his sister Jeanie; and his brother-in-law Peter Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Frances Henshaw; his children, Jamie (Lauren) and Kimberley (Michael); his stepsons, Eddie (Kelly) and Terry; his siblings, Sonny (Sharon), Heather, Glenna (Greg), Randy (Valerie), Michael, Wendy (Moreno), Timmy (Sheila) and Shawn; and the mother of his children Debbie Seary. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maplewood Cemetery (1186 King St, Windsor, NS B0N2T0).
