He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Caldwell (Shaw); his son Matthew; his siblings, Linda Zwicker, Chris, Rick (Joan), Margie Lake and Tim (Jennifer); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Eldridge and Patsy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
