She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold McLeod and Alice McLeod (Davis); her stepmother Muriel McLeod (Kilcup); and her husband Murray. She is survived by: her siblings, David (Carolyn), Lockhartville, Scott (Pat) and Audrey Woodworth (Junior); her siblings' children, Catharine, Jocelyn, Kristen, Gillian, Sheena, Janet, Richard and Trevor; her cousins, Emma Faulkner and Ada Gauvin of Montreal, QC; and her sister-in-law Jean Morine.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service (419 Albert St, Windsor, NS B0N2T0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Avonport Baptist Church (508 Oak Island Rd, Avonport, NS B0P1P0).
