He was predeceased by: his parents, Carleton Hartt and Elizabeth "Betty" Hartt (Moore); and his grandparents, Charles, Lillian Moore (MacDonald), Royce and Alfreda Hartt (Peach).
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bourque; his siblings, Linda Shay (Brian) and Terry (Verneice); his nieces and nephews, Danielle Shay (Kyle), Courtney Merks (Evan), Chantel, Carleton Brown-Hartt (Roni), Reece Merks, Everleigh and Bo Brown-Hartt; and his friend Steve Greenough.
