Casey; his daughter Vicki Lewis (Craig); his granddaughters, Madeline Sabrina "Maddie" Lewis and Natasha Lewis; his sister Janet Bunbuc (George); his stepmother June Card-Lindley; his brother-in-law Reg Gauthier; and also Diane.
