With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Alexander Shanks (Windsor, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 13, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John F. Shanks and Shirley I. Shanks (MacLeod); his wife Beverley (Phillips) of Upper Falmouth; his children, John Shanks (Denise) of Woodville and Jean (Matt Daurie) of Ellershouse; his grandchildren, Cassandra (Hunter Lively), Nathan, Justin, Kayley, Dylan Shanks, Devaney and Chandler Daurie; his siblings, Tom (Deborah), Crystal Shanks-Tracey (Les) of Greenhill and Joanne Montague (Terry) of Spryfield; and his siblings-in-law, Carole Ettinger, Paulette Phillips, Christine Phillips (Jim Barker), Lorraine Frizzell (Steven) and Mark Phillips (Kathy).
