Elizabeth Robbins Shreve Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2022, at the age of 104, Elizabeth Robbins Shreve of Wolfville, Nova Scotia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Robbins Shreve to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Haley and Alice Haley of St. Stephen; her husband Robert; and her brother Frank Haley of St. Andrews. She is survived by : her sister Connie Barss of Wolfville; her children, Kathy Chung (Doug Buck) of Toronto, Marilyn Phinney (Frank) of Brewer, Maine and Michael (Linda) of Wolfville; and her grandchildren, Loreley Shreve Himmelman (Peter), Jill Shreve McNeil, Elaine Shreve Broome (Steve), Tom (Jennifer), Tim (Crystal) of Ottawa, ON, Shawn Phinney (Cindy), Angela Phinney (Bill King), Randall Chung (Natasha) of Toronto, ON, Charmaine Chung Strickland (Joe) of Whitby, ON and Amy Chung of Pickering, ON. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Any donations may be made in memory to the Harold Haley Memorial Bursary at Acadia University, Wolfville, or to The Canadian Foodgrains Bank in Winnipeg, MB, a charity Elizabeth supported.
