It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Marie Francis of Wolfville, Nova Scotia, born in Bell Island, Newfoundland, who passed away on March 24, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Dunne and Annie Dunne (Barrett); her husband Paul Hartley Francis; and her siblings, John Dunne, Elizabeth Dunne (Naylor) and Thomasina Dunne (Earle).

She is survived by : her sons, Paul M. Francis (Tracey) of Almonte, ON and David Francis (Angella Goodon) of Kelowna, BC; and her siblings, Thomas Dunne (Joan), Paul Dunne (Joanne) and Alexis Dunne (Rice).

Donations in memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of, Canada.
