She was predeceased by: her parents, Alec Emond and Mary Emond; her brother William Emond; and her cousin Catherine Miller. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Alison (Greg), Jim (Sandra) and Mhairi (Michael); her grandchildren, Amy (Max), Mark, Emma, Alec, James and Daniel; her great grandchild August; and her siblings-in-law, Helen and Bill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's Anglican Church (160 Main St, Wolfville, NS B4P1C1).
Donations may be made in her memory to St. John's Church Choral Scholars Program or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
