He is survived by: his wife Marlene Cook (Farris); his daughters, Trina Cook Crowell (Will Crowell) and Danielle Cook (Pat McMullin); his grandchildren, Malaci and Eli; his sister Theresa Cook of Moncton, NB; and his pets, Max and Moxie.
