Alester Patten Bain Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alester Patten Bain (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Bain and Alice Bain (Trask); and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Doris (Eric), Benny (Doris) and Glenn (Mandy); and his grandchildren, Tanya (Mark), Jeff (Amy), Patten, Kirby (Mackenzie), Cameron and Michael.

Donations in memory of Alester can be made to the Meadows Recreation Department or the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
