He was predeceased by: his father Garland O'Neil; and his niece Heather. He is survived by: his mother Ellen O'Neil (De Blessie); his wife Florence (Gidney); his sons, Matt (Stefanie) and Nick (Amy); his sisters, Glenda, Sherrill, Karen and Pam; and his grandchildren, Dawson, Riley, Madison, Bria, Logan and Sadie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
