She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Brigley of Nova Scotia and Bernadine Monk of Nova Scotia. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ann Le Blanc (Bill), Catherine "Kay" Thomas (Danny), Joan Brenton (Larry), Carol Amon (Burton), Greg Le Blanc (Shirley) and Jane Redding. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 8 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Huskilson's Funeral Chapel (29 Albert St, Yarmouth, NS B5A3N1). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Co-Cathedral (65 Green St, Yarmouth, NS B5A1Z6).
Memorial donations in Barbara's memory may be made to the Salvation Army, Yarmouth.
