He is survived by: his children, Shawn Cusick (Vitalie) and Shelley Smith (Mike); his grandchildren, Lillian Cusick and Dawson Smith; his siblings, Sharon Landry (Medric) and Sidney Cusick (Claudette); and his close friend Donna Cottreau.
