He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Jenkins Nickerson and Carly Nickerson (Corben Ossinger); his brother Kevin Nickerson (Amelia); his aunts and uncles, Linda Miller (Kenny), Debbie Thibeau (Bobby), Sandra Frost Cook (Francis), Karen Frost (Tom Ogden), Susan Frost, Donna Leblanc (Adlard), Ken Frost, Cecil Watkins and David Sisco; and his nephew Shawn Rodgerson (Nicole).
