It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Catherine Leona Hilchie (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Thomas Sr.; and her siblings, Robert, Victor, Vincent, Ricky, Merriam, Gladys, Venice, Elizabeth, Genevieve and Lorraine.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Reid (Bill) and Ray Jr. Hilchie (Linda); her brother Harvey Boudreau (June); her sister-in-law Bernice Boudreau; her granddaughters, Darlene Cluett (Dianne) of Ashville, NC and Shannon Bowick (Dave) of Port Hope, ON.; and her great grandchildren, Malcolm and Duncan Bowick.
