She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Gallant and Harriet Gallant (Madore); her sister Georgina; and her grandchildren, Kelsie and Donavan.

She is survived by: her husband John Douglas Goodwin; her children, Ann Kennedy (Don) and Doug Goodwin (Vanessa); her siblings, Laverna, Martina, Michael and Calvin; and her grandchildren, Ashlynn, Kianna, Bryant, Savanah, Mya, Riley, Dominic and Kylie.

Donation's in memory of Charlotte may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Red Cross.
