Family, friends, and acquaintances remember David for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Margaret (Meagher). He is survived by: his wife Enid (Coffill); the father of his child James (Jun); his daughter Julie; his grandsons, Jack and Alex; and his sisters, Anne and Kathleen.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Sweeny's Funeral Home (567 Main St, Yarmouth, NS B5A1J6). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Ambrose Co-Cathedral (65 Green St, Yarmouth, NS B5A1Z6).
