She was predeceased by: her father Levi Frank Muise. She is survived by: her mother Eileen Muise; her boyfriend Philip Bass; her children, Lisa Jacquard-Houston (David Houston) and Shea Jacquard (Lynette Saulnier); her nephew Shawn O'Connell; and her friends, Sam Deveau and Nora Wells.
