He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Carter and Muriel Carter (Gervais); and his siblings, Allen and Anne. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Krista (Everett Sabean), Andrew, Mike (Terry Anne), Kevin (Joanne), Ronnie (Laurie), Donnie (Stephanie) and David (Lisa); and his sisters, Joan Dalton (Andrew) and Judy Carter. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
