He was predeceased by: his parents, John Campbell and Elizabeth Campbell; his wife Susan F. Campbell (Cook); and his siblings, Kenny Campbell, Carol Molton and Sally Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Campbell (Katherine) and Jaye Campbell (Jeff Johnston) of London, ON; his grandsons, Nolan and Isaac Campbell; and his nieces and nephews, Lloyd, Jamie and Jane.
