She is survived by: her husband Stewart Lively; her son Percy (Sandy Sullivan); her stepson James Lively; her siblings, Garnet (Josie Sullivan), Vernon Sullivan and Melody Mattix; and her grandchildren, Dante Sullivan, Laura Sullivan and Madi Lively.
