He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert White and Mary White (Nickerson); and his former wife Karen White (Mooney). He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Trudy Thompson (Jason), Danny White (Erinn), Jason White (Sara) and Sam White (Amy); his stepchildren, Marc Prince-White (Nuqlu), Lisa, Tina and Cary; and his siblings, Bonnie Doucet, Joy White, Richard White (June) and Roy White (Wendy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 1 step grandchild.
