He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Penney and Clinton Penney; and his brother Blair Penney. He is survived by: his daughters, Taylor Penney (Krista Deveau) and Ainsley Bennett (Shannon Bennett); his brothers, David Penney (Cathy) and Glen Penney; his sister-in-law Lynn Penney; his nieces and nephews, Rena, Jenelle, Trevor, Brandon, David, Nicholas and Alexander; and his caregiver Katie.
