She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Fitzgerald and Emma Fitzgerald (Muise); her husband Harold MacInnis; her children, David MacInnis and Paulette MacInnis; and her siblings, Anita, Darella, Loretta Cassidy, Beatrice Smith, Vera Boudreau, Victorine Pothier, Adeline Walsh, Oscar Fitzgerald and Hubert Fitzgerald.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Grandy (Brian), Beverly (MacInnis), Eric MacInnis (Joan Northen) and Nancy MacInnis; her grandchildren, Shanda (Chauncey), Justin (Adrienne), Crystal (Sheena), Angela (Karl), Tabitha, Tara (Eldon) and Amanda (Stirling); and her great grandchildren, Brenna, Parker, Emma, Evan, Jacob, Isaiah, Jonah, Finnegan and Averie. She is also survived by three great great- grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sweeny's Funeral Home Chapel (567 Main St, Yarmouth, NS B5A1J6).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Villa St. Joseph du Lac.
