He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Morton and Lillian Morton (Hessie); his wife Mildred Brittain; his niece Judy; and his sisters, Olive and Helen (Honey).
He is survived by: his children, Joanne, Brian (Arthurina) and Bob (Cathy); his grandchildren, Jessie (Victoria) and Tim (Laurie); and his great grandchild Frankie.
In lieu of flowers memorial donation in Frank's name can be made to the Tri County VON or charity of choice.
