She was predeceased by: her parents, John LeFave and Mary Mabel LeFave (Doucet); her husband Bernard Muise; her siblings, John LeFave, Hubert LeFave, Lauraine Clements, Jeanette LeBlanc and Paul LeFave; and her granddaughter Brittany Kilcup.

She is survived by: her children, Alan Muise (Dee) of New Minas, NS, Corinne Berrill (Brian Perry) of Herring Cove, NS, Arlene Cooper (Tom), Alabama and Lois Kilcup (Ted) of Berwick, NS; and her grandchildren, Brenda Snow, Robert Muise, Melissa Thompson, Tara Rol, Shauna Cooper, Jeffrey Cooper and Craig Kilcup. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
