It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Anne Rodney (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Gloria departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Gloria may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Gloria leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earle Eldridge and Helen Eldridge (Nickerson); her boyfriend Tony DiLoretto; and her aunt Olive Eldridge. She is survived by: her son Jonathan Rodney (Monissa) of Yarmouth; and her siblings, Patrick Eldridge (Susan) and Wendy Roy (David) of Halifax.
