She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Nickerson and Margaret Nickerson (Doane); her siblings, Louise Nickerson, Pauline Patten, Bessie Wood, Sumner Nickerson and Frank Nickerson; and her husband Meredith.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Durkee; her former husband Willard Churchill; her children, Joanne Carston (David), Debbie Churchill, Meredith Churchill, Brooke Churchill and Gordon Churchill (April); her former spouse Baker Wilcox; her sons, Andrew Wilcox and Tim Wilcox (Charlene); and her grandchildren, Randy Carston (Dawn), Roxanne Devine (Kent), Misty Chapman (John), Jeremy Churchill, Mitchel Wilcox (Megan), Noah Wilcox, Lee Wilcox, Sumner Wilcox, Hunter Wilcox and Sophie Wilcox.

In Lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Port Maitland Wesleyan Church or the Port Maitland Beaver River Cemetery.
