He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Cottreau and Margaret Cottreau (O'Donnell); and his brothers, Edwin and Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Carrie Cottreau, Darren Cottreau (Allison), Yarmouth, Blair Cottreau (Guylaine) and Upper Tantallon; his grandchildren, Anna (Ryan Underhill), Jillian, Dennis, Julia, Samantha, Will, Luke and Sarah; his siblings, Ulysse (Jannette), Ted (Phyllis), Billy (Pamela) and Marie Cottreau; and his sisters-in-law, Jennie Cottreau and Pauline Cottreau.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Jean's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
