She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Prime and Maureen Prime (Ford). She is survived by: her husband Bernard Jacquard; her sons, Jeffery Maxwell, Jason Maxwell and Cory Maxwell; her siblings, Arthur Prime (Elizabeth), Preston Prime (Shelley), Howard Prime (Janice) and Darlene Murphy (Edward); and her grandchildren, Bryson, Brooklyn, Isiah, Jairryn, Jaida, Jaxon and Robert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
