It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lily Bower (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Glen Sutherland and Marion Berniece Sutherland; her husband Alan Bower; and her brothers, Grant Sutherland (Thunder Bay), Gordon Sutherland (Clyde River), Douglas Sutherland (Dartmouth), Donald Sutherland (Clyde River) and Deward Sutherland (Clyde River).

She is survived by: her son Mark Bower (Upper Ohio); and her siblings, Sharon (Sutherland), Christie (Clyde River), Robert Sutherland (Shelburne), Dale Sutherland (Clyde River) and Wayne Sutherland (Dartmouth). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to the Middle and Upper Ohio Community Hall.
