He is survived by: his parents, Paul Doucette-Melanson and Nadine Doucette-Melanson; his sister Catherine Remie Melanson (Finnighan); his friend Yarmouth; and his aunts and uncles, Janie Halifax (Jim), Glenn Dartmouth (Sally), Tracy Hubbards Point (Ronda), Jackie St (John) and Denise Cedar Lake (Judy).
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Huskilson's Funeral Chapel (29 Albert St, Yarmouth, NS B5A3N1).
In lieu of flowers a donation to Yarmouth.
