Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mariette (Belliveau) Comeau of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Meteghan, Nova Scotia, who passed away at the age of 95, on August 25, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Pierre and Angèle Belliveau (Robichaud); her brothers, Dr. Robert Belliveau and Dr. Gerald Belliveau; her siblings-in-law, Antoinette and Louis Comeau; and her granddaughter Lianne Comeau.

She is survived by: her siblings, Lorraine Comeau and Pierre Belliveau (Jeannine); her sister-in-law Rose Belliveau; her children, Michel (Trudy), Paul (Pat), Lise Mood (Jim) and Suzanne (Elroy); and her grandchildren, Jeannette Comeau (Patrick Fok), Gilles Comeau (Kate), Dominique Comeau, Ian Comeau, Shawn Comeau (Darcy), Sarah Boudreau (Shawn), Andrew Mood (Courtney), Allister Mood (Candice Porter), Colin Mood, Phillip (Kaitlynn), Alix and Entremont (Trevor Saulnier). She is also survived by five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, seating may be limited at both the visitation and the funeral Mass and social distancing guidelines must be followed.

Memorial donations may be made to the Tri-County site of the VON or a charity of choice.
