She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Merle and Lorna Bain. She is survived by: her parents, David L. Bain and Nancy R. Bain (DeViller); her children, Reese Elizabeth Nickerson and Brynn Adele Nickerson; her husband Jeffrey M. Nickerson; her siblings, Donovan Bain (Carmen) and Amanda Nickerson (Mark); and her grandparents, Stephen and Wilma DeViller.

In Lieu of flowers the family would ask a donation to be made to the Friends of Gilles Boudreau Cancer Help Fund.
