It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Pictou (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pictou and Patricia Purdy. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Pictou; his children, Heather Hoben, Tara Deviller (Avery), David Pictou, Micheal Scopie Pictou, Ryan Arsneau (Danielle), River Hubert and Amanda Pictou; his grandchildren, Marla Pictou, Tynik Pictou, Alyjah, Mikhail, Uriah, Rowan, Mason, Kylie, Chelsey, Jessie, Lee, Jennaya, Brayden and Dominic; and his siblings, Vaughan Pictou Sr. (Susan), Marla Dulong, Susan Grant, Florence Rose Sisco (Lodrick), Patricia Baxter (Jim), John Purdy (Crystal), Margot Purdy-Smith (Ron), Alberta and Sonya Isaac-Surette (Jason).
