She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Atwood and Adria Atwood (Nickerson); her husband Roosevelt "Ted" Cox; her daughter Sandra Kendall; and her siblings, Abner, Viola, Edith, Samuel Jr., Richard, Sheldon, Sable, Warren, Anson, Donna and Carolyn.

She is survived by: her children, Elaine Cox (Russell), Wayne Cox, Ted Cox (Elizabeth), Ward Cox and Eric Cox (Betty Lou); her grandchildren, Anthony, Kim, Cindy, Wade, Darrell, Chris, Raymond, Michael, Kirk, Valerie, Ian, Daniel, Tia, Adam, Adrienne and Erica; and her brother Rawleigh Atwood. She is also survived by many many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the White Lily Cemetery or any charity of choice.
