He is survived by: his parents, Diane Muise (Forbes) and Walter Muise; his daughter Meghann; his sister Nicole (Chad); his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Michael, Brian, Chad, Amber and Cheryl; his granddaughter Aliyah; his nieces, Paisley and Faith; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Abby, Kylie, Patrick, Liam and Daxtyn; and his friend Diane Brake. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
