He was predeceased by: his parents, Eloi Babin and Anita Babin (Bourque); and his siblings, Roland, Paulette Surette, Antoinette Paradis, Precille Babin, Anette Babin, Germaine Pothier, Jean-Louis Babin, Rosaline Smith, Yvonne Phelan, Richard Babin, Augustine Surette and Louise Remigis.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Babin (Pothier); his children, John Paul Babin (Bernadine), Elaine Babin (Gary), Norman Babin (Coral) and Norma Pinner (Rob); his grandchildren, Tanya, Timothy, Ryan, Luke, Joshua, Meighan and Rebecca; and his great grandchildren, Jana-Marie, Landon, Austin, Laney, Tristen, Emily, Noah, Anik, Kaleb, Kingston, Phoebe, Jaxon, Dominic, Everleigh, Scarlett and Cali.

Donations in memory of Paul may be made to the Saint-Anne's Parish cemetery fund.
