It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip David Kitter of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Kitter and Kathleen Kitter (Ireland); his daughter Donna Kitter Lloy; and his sister Sharon Mist. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Kitter (Muise); his daughter Vicky Kitter Kelly (Neil); his granddaughter Terri Kitter; his nieces, Jane, Irene and Brenda; and his nephew Nigel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
