He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Malone and Ester Malone; his former wife Leona Thalia Malone; his wife Belle Malone; his brother Emerson Malone (Bud); and his stepchildren, Sandra Brannen (Ward) and Brian Crowell (Norma).

He is survived by: his brother Harvey Malone; his children, Lainie D'Eon (Malcolm) and Herbert Malone (Sheila); and his stepchildren, Carla Nickerson, Aubrey Crowell (Susie), Rodney Crowell, Perry Crowell (Della) and Penny Boudreau (Carl). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 14 step grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, 17 step great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Wood's Harbour Community Centre or any charity of choice.
