He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Stewart and Caroline Stewart; his son Gordie (Josette); and his siblings, Don (Patricia), Louisa (Ken) and Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his son Mickey (Lorie); his stepdaughters, Candi (Seymour), Tanya and Kelly; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Brittany, Michael, Scott, Jordan, Sara, Xavier, Rowan, Riley and Sawyer. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Huskilson's Funeral Chapel (29 Albert St, Yarmouth, NS B5A3N1).
