We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Sarah Jane Thompson (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Henry Thompson; and her stepbrothers, Mark and Richard Hiltz. She is survived by: her mother Ruthie Hiltz; her daughters, Emily Thompson (Alex), Leah Newell and Kaitlyn Newell (David); her brother Peter Thompson (Aimee); her stepfather Sandy Hiltz (Sharon); her stepbrother Frank Hiltz (Tara); her grandchildren, Bentley, Henry, Emma, Mya, Meredith and Liam; her pets, Lily and Chloe; and her significant other Stephen.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sweeny's Funeral Home and Crematorium (567 Main St, Yarmouth, NS B5A 1J6).

Donations in Sarah's memory may be made to YACRO or the Autism Society of Nova Scotia.
